Refund policy

During the purchase of products, the consumer has the option to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer or a representative previously designated by both the consumer and the business receives the product.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. They may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the trader, following the clear and reasonable instructions provided by the trader.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must inform the business within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification must be made in writing or by email. After indicating their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof of return within the specified period, for example, with a postal receipt and tracking number.

You have received the wrong product.

We’re all human, right? Even with careful checking, it’s possible we might send you the wrong product. No problem, just send us a photo of the incorrect item to info@maison-veyra.comOur customer service team will verify it and assist you.

You have received a damaged or defective product.

Although quality is our top priority, it is possible that a damaged product may accidentally be shipped. In this case, you are not obligated to return it. You may keep it or dispose of it. Simply send us an email ( info@maison-veyra.com ).Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. If the photo proves the product is damaged, we will send you a new one free of charge as soon as possible. If you meet the above conditions, please email info@maison-veyra.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is used or damaged.

  • This applies to underwear, face masks, hygiene and beauty products.

  • The product has been modified.

  • The product(s) is/are defective in its original and marketable condition, unless the defect is our fault.

  • The product(s) is/are not in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, these costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
